Sidewall Conveyors

Overview

The Sidewall Conveyor provides steep-angle conveying (up to 70°) without spillage, thanks to corrugated sidewalls and cleats. Ideal for limited spaces and high-volume materials like sand, fertilizers, wood chips, and cement.

Our High-Inclination Sidewall Conveyor Systems are designed to transport bulk materials vertically (up to 70°) without the need for transfer points. The systems use reinforced, high-tensile corrugated sidewall belts with cross cleats for effective containment and elevation. These systems reduce spillage, save floor space, lower maintenance needs, and enable energy-efficient operations across cement, fertilizer, and foundry industries.

Ideal for space-constrained installations, our sidewall conveyors are engineered for reliability and versatility. Sidewall Conveyors are designed for space-saving vertical material transport. The corrugated sidewalls and cleats ensure material containment, allowing incline up to 70° with zero spillage.

Our Sidewall Belt Conveyor Systems incorporate high-strength, abrasion-resistant corrugated sidewalls, allowing steep-angle conveying up to 70°. These systems offer significant advantages:

  • Zero Transfer Points – reduces material loss
  • No Spillage – ensures clean operation
  • Compact Footprint – maximizes space utilization
  • Low Maintenance – reduces operating cost
  • Wide Material Compatibility – supports a broad range of bulk solids
  • Energy Efficiency – reduces power consumption
